Spotlight: Fair bit of experience at this stage, best efforts on latest two when runner-up in 2m2f Downpatrick maiden hurdles (good); previous form on soft ground a bit concerning though.

Spotlight: Heavy ground bumper winner who brings some solid maiden hurdle form to the table, notably at Fairyhouse in April (first-time cheekpieces) when third of 25 to a smart sort over 2m (fourth-placed Midfield Magic runs in 1.56). having made most on yielding-to-soft; major player if returning in that vein of form, although stamina remains unproven at 2m4f.

Spotlight: Not much impact in point-to-points but has finished runner-up on latest two completed outings in maiden hurdles at Downpatrick (good), latest over 2m6f; in between ran out at Tramore; softer ground to contend with here.

Spotlight: Half-brother to 2m3f/2m4f hurdle winner Huffin An A Puffin; dam unraced half-sister to high-class 2m4f-3m hurdler/chaser No More Heroes; placed in point-to-point and some decent runs in maiden hurdles for former yard; absent since winning 2m1f Bellewstown bumper in April (yielding) and one to consider.

Spotlight: Capri 5yo cost 13,000euros as a yearling; half-brother to winners Jezarus (2m5f chase) and Rue Galilee (point); dam pulled up in points, half-sister to smart 2m4f-3m jump winner Cannington Brook; 9l winner of Castletown-Geoghegan point-to-point in April (soft); interesting jockey booking so worth a market check on rules debut.

Spotlight: Jukebox Jury half-brother to winners Super Survivor (useful 2m3f-3m1f hurdle/chase) and Shantwopointfive (2m4f/2m6f hurdle); dam 2m4f hurdle winner; off the mark at the fourth attempt in point-to-points at Knockmullen House last November (soft) and didn't count on hurdles debut at Navan in January; back from a break and may need more time.

Spotlight: Pick of three bumper runs on latest when made much of running (but hung left) in finishing third at Downpatrick (2m3f, good) in June; more likely now switched to hurdles.

Spotlight: Mahler 5yo cost 12,500euros as a foal and 20,000euros as a 3yo; brother to useful 2m4f-3m jump winner Tightenourbelts, half-brother to four winners inc hurdlers Miss Goldfire (2m-3m2f) and At Mangan Bridge (2m4f); dam unraced close relative of high-class chaser Mister McGoldrick; touched off in Portrush point-to-point in March (yielding-to-soft); worth a market check on rules debut.

Spotlight: Half-brother to winning hurdler Kannapolis; third in his sole point-to-point; disappointed badly when favourite in a Wexford bumper in May; first run for Cian Collins and surely capable of better.

Spotlight: Joshua Tree 5yo cost 16,500euros as a foal and 32,000euros as a 3yo; third foal; dam 2m hurdle winner, from family of high-class 2m-2m4f hurdler/chaser Racing Demon; runner-up in Bartlemy maiden on sole point-to-point run last term (good); worth a market check on hurdles debut.

Spotlight: Ordinary point-to-point form but decent level of form in bumpers when runner-up in 2m4f contests at both Leopardstown and Limerick (soft-to-heavy) last season; well below that level at the Punchestown festival but one to consider now switched to hurdles.

Spotlight: Wings Of Eagles mare with two wins from 16 runs in point-to-points; keen, made much of running on hurdles debut before fading over 3m at Wexford in August; back in trip here.

Spotlight: Cloth Of Stars half-brother to 3 winners including Act Of Authority (useful 2m-2m4f hurdle) and Feet Of A Dancer (useful 2m-3m hurdle); dam Listed-placed 1m2f-1m6f Flat and useful 2m hurdle winner; probably best watched on debut.

Spotlight: Point-to-point winner shaped okay on hurdles debut at Downpatrick over the summer but didn't get beyond the first at Navan last month; best watched for now.

Spotlight: Half-sister to winners, notably high-class 2m5f-3m hurdler/chaser Monkfish; dam placed bumper/2m-2m6f hurdles; mild promise in bumpers but two maiden hurdle runs poor.

Spotlight: Lucky Speed gelding; dam unraced half-sister to winners Golden Sunrise (2m2f hurdle/3m chase) and Queens Present (point/2m4f hurdle); midfield on debut in Punchestown festival bumper; switches to hurdles and may need more time.

Spotlight: Flemsnfirth mare, whose dam is an unraced half-sister to high-class hurdler The New One; pulled up in all three point-to-points.

Spotlight: Half-sister to winning 2m hurdler Spanish John; huge odds, well beaten in both bumpers in the spring; can only be watched on hurdles debut.

Spotlight: Has tended to make mistakes in point-to-points and again so when unseating on rules debut in Punchestown banks event in May; since changed yards.

Spotlight: Diamond Boy 6yo was an 11,000euros foal; half-brother to winners Mr Boss Man (bumper, 2m hurdle, 3m1f chase and 1m6f/2m AW Flat) and Al Shahir (bumper/2m hurdle); dam unraced; tailed off last of 11 on last month's hurdles debut at Kilbeggan.
